As the Managing Member and Principal of Oilworks, Anthony Young has transformed the fuel and oil distribution company into a multi-million-dollar enterprise, earning eight figures annually. He is also the Owner and President of both Oilworks Transport, focused on liquid Hazmat transportation, and Constructive Innovations, a real estate development company committed to building quality homes. Anthony’s empowering leadership cultivates success across his ventures. Guided by kingdom principles, he inspires Christian entrepreneurs to embrace their businesses with purpose, encouraging them to explore their God-given talents and roles. Inclinations of Greatness
Anthony Young was born into poverty in the Appalachian hills of southern Ohio. Growing up in a challenging environment, his parents instilled a solid work ethic, and he quickly learned the importance of resilience and determination. From a young age, Anthony learned the significance of hard work and fiscal responsibility, starting with his $2/hour job working at his uncle’s sawmill. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged early when he discovered the potential for profit by selling his grandfather’s used tires.
It became clear that business was in his DNA, and these early experiences shaped his perspective on leadership, discipline, and community engagement.
Driven by a passion to uplift others, Anthony has dedicated his life to empowering leaders. His journey from humble beginnings to being a successful serial entrepreneur, influencer, and catalyst for change reflects his belief that everyone, regardless of their background, has the potential to make a difference.
Anthony and Tonia
Anthony and Tonia have been married for 32 years and have two adult children—their daughter Karissa, who has been married to Joe for two years and has their first child (a boy) on the way, and their son Kyle. The couple has lived in Pickerington, Ohio, for 22 years.

His leadership style is focused on vision and strategy, and he exercises the principle of being “wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove.” Anthony infuses kingdom values into every facet of his life and business.
